At Warlock Beard Co., we put a great deal of care into crafting each product, and we want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. While returns are rare, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Requirements

• Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received, including original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Sample sizes / trial kits
• Soaps and washes
• Apparel
• Products returned due to scent preference (we follow IFRA guidelines and encourage testing trial sizes first)
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities (ingredients are fully listed for review before purchase)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds outside the U.S.
