This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure every customer has a fair and transparent experience.

1. Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please contact us at Support@WarlockBeardCo.com before sending any return to obtain approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sample sizes, trial kits, or promotional items
  • Soaps, washes, or other personal-care products that have been opened or used
  • Apparel or merchandise
  • Products returned solely due to scent preference (we encourage testing trial sizes first)
  • Products resulting in allergic reactions or sensitivities (all ingredients are fully listed prior to purchase)

3. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

4. international orders

All international orders are final sale.
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside of the United States.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Support@WarlockBeardCo.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with claims. Once verified, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
