All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

If the carrier is unable to locate or replace your package, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Warlock Beard Co. LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend providing a secure delivery location or selecting a delivery option that requires a signature.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors outside our control may occasionally impact shipping times. These may include severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
